‘A must buy. Really helpful book full of honest and excellent advice.’

‘Excellent book. Really helped me through a very difficult period. I had thought I was the only one experiencing all the thoughts and feelings that go with your child leaving home and this really helped. The true stories from the contributors and the author are spot on. Highly recommended.’

Public speaking
I regularly give talks about Retirement, the Empty Nest and related issues. In 2018 I spoke at a House of Commons reception held by Action for Elders, and at Tavistock Relationships’ Loneliness in Later Life conference.

‘I have never seen so many parents be so engaged with a speaker before. I received such wonderful feedback from the attendees, and many opted to stay afterward and talk with friends about their empty nest experiences. I am so glad you could help them launch that important dialogue.’
Libby Jones, Director of Alumni Relations, American School in London
